When starting my personalized program with Courtney, I thought it was going to be just concentrating on my main goal of weight loss. During our first couple of sessions I realized it was about more than just weight loss but also getting healthy both mind and soul. We talked about stress, sleep, activity, relationships, and spirituality. Since working with Courtney, my sleep has been getting a lot better and I’ve continued to not break promises to myself. She gave me a lot of great tips about not just bettering my physical health, but my overall mental health. I felt that our meetings were very therapeutic and I looked forward to them.
