Description:  It's not necessary to spend hours a week at a gym every week to get a good workout.  Keeping muscles toned and fit can be accomplished by doing everyday activities and using household items or your own body resistance to build strength and stay active.  We'll talk about how you can easily incorporate functional movement into your fintness routine and maybe even demo a few moves!
