EVOLVE: A 6-week Wellness Program

This group program is for you if you’re: 

  • ready to adopt healthier habits, but not sure where to start 

  • want to get "unstuck" from your draining, daily routine

  • looking for more energy, a fresh perspective, & increased motivation

  • feeling like you need a bit of extra guidance to stay on track

  • able to benefit from the support and accountability of a small group working towards similar goals

Program format and what you will be able to gain:

Each of the 6 sessions will be an hour and a half long. Each week a new topic focus or theme will be introduced. We’ll explore this theme in depth, share past experiences surrounding it, and discuss what types of realistic action steps can be taken to move towards our individual goals!

Week 1: Eating Cleaner - Rethinking your plate and evaluating your relationship with food —-> Healthier eating habits

Week 2: Values - Thinking about what’s really important in your life —-> Prioritizing/Goal-setting skills

Week 3: One thing at a time ——> Stress management tools

Week 4: Love yourself - Getting reacquainted with, well, you…——>Self-care ideas

Week 5: Venturing into new territory - getting outside your comfort zone —-> Building confidence

Week 6: Empowerment to adopt and maintain a healthier way of living

 

Pricing:

$225 - for early registration $275 - for six 90 minute group sessions, communication between sessions, extra goodies, resources, and more. $325 - for 6-week group + an hour one-on-one session
